Il en va de ta cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 et de ton professionnalisme.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Laisser tes collaborateurs se quereller, serait indigne de ta part.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Aie le courage de <strong>te former<\/strong> sur ce que tu ne connais pas, aie le courage de <strong>te remettre en question<\/strong>, aie le courage <strong>de reconnaitre que tu as tort<\/strong> si tu as tort, aie le courage <strong>de demander de l\u2019aide<\/strong> si tu ne sais pas o\u00f9 n\u2019y arrive pas.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Modifie l\u2019organisation du travail<\/strong> chaque fois que tu en ressens la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9, m\u00eame si cela d\u00e9range les habitudes en place. Le fait que cela d\u00e9range est bon signe .<\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li><strong>Un esprit bienveillant\u00a0:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong style=\"text-align: var(--text-align); font-size: 16.0016px;\">Sois convaincu que dire la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 rend libre.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Tu rendras service \u00e0 tes collaborateurs, \u00e0 ton boss, et \u00e0 ton entreprise, chaque fois que tu diras ce qui doit \u00eatre entendu.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Apprends \u00e0 dire aimablement les choses d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables<\/strong> qui m\u00e9ritent d\u2019\u00eatre dites.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Ne brosse pas les autres \u00ab\u00a0dans le sens du poil\u00a0\u00bb, cela ne t\u2019apporte aucune cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9, au contraire.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Clarifie en permanence<\/strong> le r\u00f4le de tes collaborateurs<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Assure -toi de la coh\u00e9rence et de la pertinence des objectifs individuels et collectifs pour disposer d\u2019\u00e9quipiers engag\u00e9s et conscients de leur responsabilit\u00e9.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Conduis les entretiens<\/strong> individuels de ton \u00e9quipe avec honn\u00eatet\u00e9.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Tiens tous les entretiens de f\u00e9licitations, de cadrage, et d\u2019\u00e9valuation avec rigueur et au moment p\u00e9dagogique ad\u00e9quat.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Engage tous les programmes de formation<\/strong> n\u00e9cessaires.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Tu n\u2019as pas besoin de collaborateurs qualifi\u00e9s mais de collaborateurs qualifiables\u00a0!
