arrives \u00e0 un poste de management c\u2019est de conna\u00eetre tes collaborateurs.<\/p>\n<ul>\n \t<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n \t<li>Identifie leur \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit, pour savoir \u00e0 quel point tu peux compter sur eux.<\/li>\n \t<li>L\u2019Analyse des forces en pr\u00e9sence est un outil tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cieux et tr\u00e8s simple \u00e0 utiliser.<\/li>\n \t<li>D\u00e9termine pour chacun son niveau de Synergie et son niveau d\u2019antagonisme, comme indiqu\u00e9 ci-dessous puis place le dans le diagramme<\/li>\n \t<li>Un \u00e9talonnage de la perception de l\u2019autre est n\u00e9cessaire mais se fait tr\u00e8s bien par comparaison entre les individus.<\/li>\n \t<li>Une fois termin\u00e9 tu peux analyser l\u2019\u00e9nergie disponible et
